Governance Manager

About the Role:
Vodafone UK is seeking a Governance Manager to join our team. As the custodian and champion of the VUK Secure Operating Model Governance structure, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation of our governance procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of secure operating procedures
- Interface with GMT on a regular basis to keep them apprised of informed decisions
- Assessment and presentation of business situations with high risk associated with our business
- Support the development of secure operating strategy for VUK in line with organisational goals
Requirements:
Extensive experience of governance through direct programme/project delivery experience and risk management. Vodafone UK is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and all offers of employment for this role are subject to background checks, including criminal (DBS) and financial checks to meet the regulators standards.
