About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Door Attendant to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. This exciting opportunity will see you provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and memorable welcome to our esteemed hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload luggage from vehicles, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Direct and escort guests to reception, announcing them by name
  • Ensure the hotel's driveway and main entrance are clean and free of traffic at all times
  • Liaise with the valet parking attendant on guest vehicles
  • Provide red carpet service for VIPs and weddings
  • Offer information to guests regarding hotel services and facilities
  • Report any incidents or safety hazards immediately
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid UK driving license and experience with driving luxury vehicles
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized service to discerning guests
  • Familiarity with luggage handling procedures and proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
