Cloakroom Attendant Opportunity at The Standard London

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Cloakroom Attendant to join our team at The Standard London. As a key member of our door team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring their coats, bags, and personal belongings are taken care of and stored securely in our cloakroom.
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and offer recommendations to guests during their visit.
  • Work collaboratively with the door team to ensure a smooth and efficient arrival and departure experience.
  • Be proactive in anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cloakroom Attendant, Door Host/Hostess, or Club Receptionist is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of guests.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights.
  • Confidence in bar and door/reception operations, and the order of service.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
