About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to join our team at Innovate, working closely with Workstream Leads and clinical teams. This role plays a vital part in the planning, execution, and delivery of workstream initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless coordination and administration of projects aimed at driving business change and digital transformation.
  • Monitor Workstream performance, provide regular reports to Workstream Lead, and other key stakeholders on progress as applicable.
  • Extract and analyse data from various data collection systems, presenting clear findings in suitable formats using Excel and Trust Patient Management Systems (PAS).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in line with EPR programme data requirements and definitions, working to strict deadlines.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail, including strong analytical skills to present accurate data for reporting.
  • Knowledge of working practices within an acute Trust and implications on recording of data on systems.
  • Able to record complex data, check, and challenge highlighting inaccuracies and poor-quality data.
  • Leadership and project management skills, with experience delivering presentations to varied audiences.
