Dream Medical is seeking an experienced Operating Room Assistant Manager to support the efficient running of our operating theatre in Swansea. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre, working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and nurses.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patient trolleys, positioning patients under supervision, and assisting with the application of non-sterile equipment. You will also contribute to maintaining high standards of theatre cleanliness and hygiene, monitoring stock levels, and removing clinical waste.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and post-registration experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A competitive salary of approximately £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus fantastic benefits, awaits the right individual.
