Role Overview
A key role in the smooth operation of the courtroom, this position involves handling various responsibilities such as document management, hearing scheduling, and assisting judges and attorneys with tasks like swearing in witnesses and maintaining exhibits.

About the Position
Court ushers play a vital part in ensuring the efficient functioning of the courtroom. As a Judicial Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing court/hearing rooms and supporting the judiciary. You will also assist with tasks such as managing documents and scheduling hearings.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for court users involved in hearings.
  • Prepare court/hearing rooms to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Assist with tasks such as managing documents, scheduling hearings, and maintaining exhibits.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a busy customer-focused office environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office 2016.
