About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Court Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the courtroom.

Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for court users, preparing court/hearing rooms, and supporting the judiciary. You will also be responsible for managing documents and scheduling hearings.

To be successful in this role, you will need experience working in a busy office environment, using Microsoft Office 2016, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Experience working in a customer-focused office environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office 2016.

We offer a competitive rate of pay - £11.44 per hour, full training and induction, and accrual of holiday hours as you work.
