A dynamic role within our Autocentre business, our Designate centre managers will be a vital support to our management team.

As a Designate centre manager, you will be supporting local centres within the area and leading the in-centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation. Your focus will be on driving a culture that is professional and ensures customer satisfaction.

We expect nothing but the best in terms of service and meeting demand, while delivering centres that are not just great for customers commercially, but safe and compliant.

This exciting opportunity combines outstanding leadership skills with strong financial acumen, enabling you to drive performance and deliver results.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

  • Drive business performance through effective team leadership and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with centre teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement plans to optimise profit and improve operational efficiency

We offer an estimated salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus bonus. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
