Job Description

As an Aquatic Coach at Nuffield Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to members of all ages and abilities. We are looking for a confident and approachable individual with great communication skills to provide safe and effective swimming lessons.

We offer a competitive salary of £20.40 per hour (DOE), plus benefits such as access to our pension scheme and discounted gym membership. As a Swimming Programme Manager, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve lesson performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Swim England Level 2 qualification or equivalent, along with excellent people skills and a passion for swimming. You will engage, coach, and inspire swimmers of all ages, making the most out of every opportunity to help them learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
  • Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities
