We are seeking a highly skilled Swimming Coach to join our team at Sports Generation, an expanding swimming business based in and around Cobham.

This is a self-employed opportunity with a starting hourly rate of £28, offering the potential to earn up to £33 per hour.

Our coaching philosophy focuses on providing high-quality instruction that builds confidence and develops skills to maximize potential and foster a deeper understanding of the sport.

We offer a unique approach combining fun and interactive lessons with expert instruction. Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love of swimming and sports, while helping children develop essential life skills like teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

To achieve this, we require experienced Swimming Teachers and Coaches who hold the necessary qualifications from Swim England or STA, including Level 1 and Level 2 certificates from Swim England or the Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate from STA.
