Nuffield Health is a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK. We are currently seeking an Aquatic Educator to join our team at Leatherhead Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.

As an Aquatic Educator, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers. You will need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and be able to engage with people of all ages and abilities. You will work closely with colleagues to improve lesson performance and achieve targets.

The salary for this role is approximately £20.40 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include holiday pay in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our pension scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 per month.

This is a part-time position working on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

You will gain valuable experience as a Swimming Coach and Instructor, delivering one-to-one lessons and group classes. You will also promote memberships by highlighting the benefits of our facilities.
