About the Role
At Nuffield Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Educator to join our team at Leatherhead Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a key member of our swimming instruction team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for swimming and a strong desire to inspire and engage swimmers to achieve their goals. You will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with colleagues, and gain experience in achieving targets and improving lesson performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes using the Swim England framework.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
