Aquatic Educator

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Aquatic Educator to provide high-quality swimming lessons for our customers at Nuffield Health's Leatherhead Fitness & Wellbeing Centre.

The ideal candidate will have a Swim England Level 2 qualification, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching swimming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities.
  • Use the Swim England framework to plan and deliver one-to-one or group classes.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
Working Arrangements

As a bank employee, you'll work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

You'll gain experience in achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve lesson performance.
