About You:

We're looking for an experienced General Manager with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops. You'll have a proven track record of managing through clear KPIs, making decisions considering labour, stock, food safety requirements, customer sentiment, and brand standards. You'll also have experience delivering successful training and recruitment for front-of-house teams, including servers and Assistant Managers. Ideally, you'll have some experience back of house, understanding what makes kitchen and kitchen teams click.
