Children's Residential Home Manager - Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Residential Home Manager to lead our 6-bed Children's Residential Learning Disabilities home in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people with complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of staff to provide therapeutic care and support to young people with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs
  • Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards and is safe and efficient
  • Recruit and manage staff to meet the needs of the service
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services
  • Experience working in a Deputy or Registered Manager's position in a residential children's home environment
