About This Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Olive Recruit. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily care operations of a small group of female residents, aged 18-40, with mental health needs.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a residential care setting. You will be responsible for managing staff, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily care operations, including scheduling shifts and providing supervision and on-the-job training.
  • Lead risk assessments and ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
  • Manage staff performance and conduct regular appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings to support residents' needs.
