As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our contractors. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to contractors and internal teams
* Ensuring all onboarding requirements are met for contractors before starting their assignment
* Auditing and administering provided documents to ensure compliance with internal policies
* Attending regular training sessions on compliance matters and legislation
* Updating contractor onboarding status to Sales partners and online portal
* Entering and validating data for all information entered into key systems

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with contractors and internal teams, and contribute to the success of our business.
