About the Role

This exciting opportunity is to work closely with the founder in an evolving industry. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing a constantly evolving schedule.

The studio requires a proactive and 'can-do' attitude with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, photoshoots, tradeshows, and international trips, resolving scheduling conflicts when necessary.
  • Communication Management: Screen, organise, and respond to social media messages on behalf of the founder, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Travelling Coordination: Book flights, accommodation, and transportation, while preparing detailed itineraries.
  • File Management: Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, including internal sample catalogues.
  • Office Management: General office management. Order and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Administrative Systems: Implement and maintain effective administrative processes and systems.
  • Social Media & Customer Relations: Respond to social media inquiries, assist with influencer outreach, and handle customer service messages.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide general support to ensure the founder can run the business effectively, handling a range of tasks as needed.
  • Photoshoot Assistance: Assist during photoshoots, including lifestyle and studio shoots.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
