We are seeking an ambitious Compliance Administrator to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have gained experience from a similar role within a law firm and possess a broad understanding of compliance, including risk management or wider regulatory/operational risks. Relevant compliance-based qualifications would be desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain our firm's Risk Management Framework
  • Conduct risk assessments, record findings, and escalate where appropriate
  • Monitor compliance and highlight areas of concern
  • Educate employees on compliance regulations and internal policies
  • Support managers in policy reviews
  • Stay informed on updated relevant regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Assist the MLRO in managing the firm's exposure to financial crime risks
  • Carry out AML file reviews
