Job Title: Clinical Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. This role involves fulfilling change requests, supporting the commissioning and decommissioning of service contracts, resolving tickets escalated from the service desk, and providing on-site support for hardware and software, particularly focusing on clinical systems such as TPP Systm One, EMIS Web, PACS, ERS, IEP, ICE, and other relevant clinical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reliability, security, and optimal performance of clinical systems.
  • Support the commissioning and decommissioning of service contracts related to clinical systems.
  • Provide advanced support to the Service Desk by handling escalated tickets related to clinical systems.
  • Collaborate with IT Administrators during peak periods to answer calls and address urgent issues.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure the integration and alignment of clinical systems with broader IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical systems such as TPP Systm One, EMIS Web, PACS, ERS, IEP, and other relevant healthcare products.
