Job Title: Senior IT Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Specialist to join our team at Forest Rock, a leading UK-based tech company developing innovative solutions for the Internet of Things.

As a Senior IT Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in deploying advanced control systems and solutions across various sectors, including Commercial Buildings, Retail, Hospitality, Renewable Energy, and Power Generation sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced control systems and solutions using IoT technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative solutions
  • Travel to customer sites around the UK and work from our central office location on Loughborough University campus

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and TCP/IP
  • Experience with control systems, telecommunications, automation, or integrated systems
  • Degree in a related subject such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Building Services Engineering
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
