Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Stirling Council for a Sanitation Supervisor to join the facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervisory and cleaning services on a 21 hours per week, term time basis.

This role involves supervising and supporting cleaning assistants, ordering cleaning products, and being responsible for key-holding to allow cleaning provision. Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items, using cleaning machinery, and possessing basic IT skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. This includes flexible working arrangements, biennial incremental progression, and access to health and wellbeing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Ability to lift heavy items and use cleaning machinery
  • Basic working knowledge of IT systems
  • PVG Scheme membership (for children)
