**Job Title: Temporary Breakfast Supervisor**

**About Us**: The Allan Park Hotel has a rich history dating back to the 19th century. Originally built as a private residence in the 1860s, it was later converted into a hotel and has been welcoming guests ever since.

The on target earning for this role is £25,000 per annum (bases on a 39 hour working week / 7am till 3pm / 5 days from 7) - comprising a base salary of £22,000 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate breakfast service, ensuring prompt setup, replenishment, and cleanliness of buffet stations and dining areas.
- Opening the business at 7am promptly.
- Check hotel guests out and process any outstanding payments.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Address any guest concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of breakfast supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience hospitality industry, preferably in a breakfast or food service environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
