About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Wellbeing Services at Ad Warrior.

We are looking for an experienced mental health practitioner with strong leadership skills to oversee caseload allocation and management, collaborate with Senior Wellbeing Managers, Mental health nurses, and the Lead Chaplain under the direction of the Head of Service.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the wider divisional staff, including the Advice & Guidance teams and Disability support, and contribute to the delivery of proactive initiatives around mental health and wellbeing as part of the wider mental health strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee caseload allocation and management for therapists, locums, trainees, psychological wellbeing practitioners, and their clinical cases.
  • Collaborate with Senior Wellbeing Managers, Mental health nurses, and the Lead Chaplain to achieve service goals.
  • Contribute to the development of the service by delivering proactive initiatives around mental health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20% of time to manage your own clinical case load if required for continued professional accreditation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced therapist or mental health nurse.
  • Strong administrative and technological skills.
  • Innovative approach, sound judgement, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to build relationships, respect confidentiality, and navigate complex situations.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £50,694 - £55,295 per annum, pro rata if part time. Additional benefits include full-time or part-time hours considered up to a maximum of 1.FTE / 37.5 hours and a flexible approach to working arrangements.
