Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced clinical and managerial lead to join our Wellbeing Services team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our students.
You will be responsible for managing a team of practitioners, developing and implementing case management systems, and working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage part-time/full-time therapists, locums, trainees, and psychological wellbeing practitioners
- Develop and oversee case management systems and administrative processes
- Collaborate with the Advice & Guidance teams and Disability support to ensure seamless service delivery
We offer a competitive salary package, including £51,096 - £54,311 per annum (pro rata if part time), as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
