We are looking for a talented Digital Health Entrepreneur to join our Life Sciences team at ADLIB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialisation of digital health technologies developed at the University of Oxford.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with world-leading academics and contribute to the translation of new medical and life science technologies into commercial products. Your primary focus will be on identifying and executing new commercial strategies for transferring technologies to industry, managing IP and patent portfolios, negotiating licensing agreements, and facilitating the formation of spinout companies.

To succeed in this role, you will require a higher degree (or equivalent) in a relevant biomedical, life science, or information engineering discipline, or relevant commercial, technology transfer, or scientific experience in these fields. You should also have a good appreciation of the Life Sciences market landscape and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits including 30 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, rewards scheme, private healthcare, generous pension scheme, and hybrid working.
