About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is available at The Health & Safety Partnership, where you will play a key role in providing expert Health and Safety consulting services to clients across various sectors. As a Lead Health and Safety Management Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement effective Health and Safety Management processes, and provide strategic problem-solving expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver innovative Health and Safety solutions, leveraging your expertise and technical knowledge
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions to address these challenges
  3. Work closely with the wider team to develop and implement operational risk and compliance management systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
  4. Conduct gap analyses, create improvement strategies, and drive the development of effective Health and Safety Management processes
  5. Prepare technical requirements, proposals, and scopes of work to support client projects and initiatives
  6. Provide expert corporate management advice, auditing, and management system design to help clients achieve excellence in Health and Safety
  7. Collaborate with software teams to deliver client-aligned digital solutions and ensure seamless implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles involving strategic Health and Safety consulting within the built/facilities/property management sector
  • Hold CertIOSH status and be working towards CMIOSH status
  • Ideal knowledge of fire safety and preferably a fire safety qualification
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, IT, and project management skills
