About Us:

Matalan is a leading UK-based retailer of fashion clothing, homeware, and other products. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Specialist to join our Tech Services team.

The Role:

  • As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product quality across our lingerie and swimwear ranges.
  • You will work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain product performance requirements, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Your commercial focus and excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate effectively with suppliers, showcasing initiative and creative thinking to solve problems.
  • You will also collaborate with our Buying department to build new quality initiatives into products, improving customer offers.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in fashion or textiles (2:1 or above).
  • Experience in a technology department.
  • Lingerie and swimwear experience essential.
  • Commercial focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
