Job Description:

We are seeking a Trainee Construction Manager to join our team at Setsquare Recruitment. As a Trainee Construction Manager, you will assist in delivering high-profile projects in the aviation construction sector. Your responsibilities will include programming work schedules, monitoring building progress, and managing all aspects of H&S on site.

You will work closely with the site team and subcontractors to ensure compliance with regulations and cost limitations. The ideal candidate will have experience of assisting on projects from £1 million to £3 million and a strong background in contractor or developer management. They will also possess exceptional soft skills, strong health and safety awareness, and technical acumen. The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
