About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our thriving uPVC Foiling Team at Eurocell Group PLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing our uPVC production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support production management in implementing improvement plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure key safety activities, such as risk assessments and safe working practices, are carried out and adhered to.
  • Communicate and role-model quality standards and performance improvements to add value to customers and the business.
  • Develop a motivated team in a constructive manner.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures, including controls and processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent people skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and strong production process knowledge/experience.
  • Good analytical skills and IT skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and SAP.
  • Experience with performance accountability and knowledge of best practice production systems thinking and implementation.
  • Experience in a process environment.
