About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Foiling Operative to join our thriving uPVC Foiling Team at our busy Production site in Sutton in Ashfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up the production environment, ensuring the production line runs correctly, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up the production environment to ensure efficient production processes
  • Configure the production line rollers and products to meet quality standards
  • Monitor and maintain the production line to minimize scrap and waste
  • Ensure the sign-off process is followed to guarantee quality control
Requirements
  • Quality-minded with a high degree of attention to detail and pride in work
  • Comfortable lifting moderate loads regularly
  • Ability to manage time well and prioritize work
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
