We are seeking a skilled Foiling Specialist to join our thriving uPVC Foiling Team at our busy Production site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain the production environment to ensure efficient production processes
- Configure and operate the production line rollers and products to meet quality and productivity standards
- Monitor and control scrap and waste levels to minimize losses
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the sign-off process is followed and quality standards are met
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift moderate loads regularly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet production deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and requirements
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others to achieve team goals
- A competitive basic salary of £11.78 per hour, plus £2 per hour shift allowance
