We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tier 3 Weight Management Programme Lead to join our team at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary programme, you will be responsible for providing specialist dietetic support to patients with obesity and complex medical comorbidities. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative treatment pathways, making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.

We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver equitable services reflecting the diverse needs of Croydon's communities. You will also be responsible for line managing a Band 4 Dietetic Assistant Practitioner, promoting effective leadership and teamwork within the service.

The successful candidate will have a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics or Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics, with current HCPC registration and evidence of CPD. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences, as well as strong IT skills, including proficiency in EMIS systems and experience working in weight management settings. A commitment to self-directed learning and participation in ongoing professional development is essential, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of best practices and research findings.

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,414 per annum, depending on experience.
