About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Cost Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of project costs and expenses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost management, with experience working on residential developments in London and the surrounding areas. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses;
  • Coordinate the estimation process, including gathering quotes from suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues;
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
