We are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Estimator Lead to join our team at ISG Construction Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing budgets and preliminary estimates for large-scale construction projects. You will also be expected to provide expert advice on procurement routes and manage subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate and efficient budgeting processes.
  • Prepare detailed budgets and preliminary estimates for large-scale construction projects, taking into account various factors such as materials, labour, and equipment costs.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement routes and assist with tender analysis and issue purchase orders.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that suppliers are managed effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a related field (e.g. construction, engineering, finance).
  • Proven track record in cost estimation and budgeting, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
