Early Careers Lead

Bishop Fleming is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Careers Recruitment Lead to join their People Team. This is a wide-ranging role that will play a crucial part in supporting the firm to hire top talent across various positions, including apprenticeships, graduate, placement, and experienced hires.
The ideal candidate will have experience in early careers/future talent/volume recruitment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be comfortable working with MS Word and Excel, and have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Workday, would be an advantage.
Responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end recruitment process, reviewing CVs, test results, and shortlisting suitable applicants for assessment centres. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating assessment centres, attending graduate and school career fairs, and coordinating business representatives to support school and university events.
They will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the right attraction and selection methods are in place to recruit the best possible talent in the market. The successful candidate will also be responsible for researching and working with the wider team to implement innovative ways to engage with target audiences and fully engaging with Workday to keep pace with market changes.
Requirements
- Experience in early careers/future talent/volume recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills and experience with MS Word and Excel
- ATS experience, particularly with Workday
- 'Can-do' attitude and ability to deal with a high volume of candidate applications and requests
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
