About the Role

Bishop Fleming is seeking a highly skilled Early Careers Lead to join our People Team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, apprentice, and placement trainees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process, reviewing CVs, test results, and video interviews to shortlist suitable candidates for assessment centres.
  • Organise and facilitate assessment centres, including running feedback sessions and wash-ups.
  • Attend graduate and school career fairs and events, building relationships with schools and universities.
  • Coordinate business representatives to support school and university events.
  • Oversee the trainee onboarding process, working with L&D Leads to ensure a smooth transition into the firm.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment progress to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to implement effective attraction and selection methods.
  • Research and implement innovative ways to engage with target audiences.
  • Support key lateral hires and the wider People Team.
