About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Careers Lead to join our People Team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, apprentice, and placement trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment process for graduate, apprentice, and placement trainees, including reviewing CVs, test results, and video interviews.
  • Organize and facilitate assessment centers, including running feedback sessions and wash-ups.
  • Attend graduate and school career fairs and events, building relationships with schools and universities.
  • Coordinate business representatives to support school and university events.
  • Oversee the trainee onboarding process and induction process, working with L&D Leads to ensure a successful introduction into the firm.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on the progress of trainee resourcing to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the right attraction and selection methods are in place to recruit the best talent in the market.
Requirements
  • Experience in early careers/future talent/volume recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to offer excellent client service to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Good IT skills, particularly comfortable working with MS Word and Excel, and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday.
  • A 'can do' attitude with the aptitude to deal with a high volume of candidate applications and requests.
  • Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail.
