You will consistently provide high-quality customer service, offering guidance on shoe care, handbags, and accessories tailored to meet customer needs. Collaborating closely with the store management team, you will motivate and assist your colleagues in cultivating a customer-centric culture, delivering sincere, honest, and knowledgeable insights about our products.

We have a part-time Team Leader position available within our Pavers team, offering a 16-hour contract spread over 4 days each week.

Flexibility is essential, as the role entails a combination of weekend and weekday shifts.

Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Team Leader

£12.10 per hour

Upon successful completion of the required retail induction PaSS stages, your hourly rate will increase to £12.35.

Daily Responsibilities as our Team Leader

  • Assist the management team in the daily operations of the store while coaching and developing the team to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain self-awareness, being able to reflect, learn, and take accountability for both personal performance and the store's performance alongside the management team.
  • Embody the Pavers ethos, consistently leading by example.
