Financial Leadership Opportunity

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Financial Leader to serve as a pivotal Finance leader and Business Partner for our client's expanding enterprise. In this role, you will oversee all accounting and finance functions within your designated area, including financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and providing strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate financial records, optimize cash flow, and manage costs to mitigate risks.
  • Reporting and Insights: Produce regular financial reports with variance analysis and provide actionable insights on cash flow and profitability.
  • Process Improvement: Review and suggest enhancements for financial processes, systems, and controls to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and serve as a key figure during financial audits and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Financial Expertise and Analytical Skills: Qualified or part-qualified in a recognized accounting certification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and Organizational Skills: Effective organization and planning, ability to delegate, coach, and motivate others, and a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborative communication style, customer-focused approach, and a proactive attitude towards learning and improving business operations.
