Deputy Care Services Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Care Services Director to join our team at Cinnamon Care. As a Deputy Care Services Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Care Services Manager in the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Care Services Manager in the development and implementation of care plans
- Contribute to the recruitment and training of care staff
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Experience in a care management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
