About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service fulfillment to users of ICT across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support to ICT users in the resolution of reported faults
  • Fulfilling service requests made by ICT users via the ICT Service Management Tool, Service Now
  • Supporting project work as required

You will work closely with our distributed user base, providing technical assistance and guidance to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience of the Service Now Service Management Tool or a similar ticketing system is advantageous.

You will need to be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize your workload, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
