Job Title: Mechanical Package Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Package Manager to join our team at ETS Egis Transport Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the integration of various systems within rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Leadership: Act as a leader within our organization and the wider Egis Group on all Health and Safety matters, helping to drive improved H&S performance and identifying improvements to existing performance, policies, and processes.
  • Contract Management: Accountable for the profit/loss of assigned commissions within the Turnkey service Lead and utilize commercial teams to provide reporting, CVR updates, and contract administration.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead in the growth of a mechanical services team, recruitment of technical and management staff, and manage the mentoring of junior engineers and site managers.
  • Technical Leadership: Implement systems and procedures to maintain a cost-effective, high-quality, safe, and environmentally responsible approach to design, construction, commissioning, and other technical activities on relevant projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in large multi-discipline rail or infrastructure projects within a tier 1/2 contractor.
  • Expert knowledge in various building, infrastructure, and/or industrial mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of rail industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of Project and Construction Management principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems integration challenges and develop effective solutions.
