Recruitment Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our dynamic team at HR EMPLOYMENT BUREAU LIMITED.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to lead a small team of recruiters and contribute to the success of our business. As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team members, identifying areas for improvement, and driving activity to ensure success.

You will also be responsible for developing a deep understanding of clients' businesses, offering a consultative approach to all client briefs, and utilizing extensive in-house resources to identify talent for your own roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front and develop/mentor your team members
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with individuals to reach their potential
  • Oversee all areas of recruitment delivery
  • Drive activity to ensure success
  • Ensure systems and procedures are maintained
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses
  • Offer a consultative approach to all client briefs
  • Utilize extensive in-house resources to identify talent for your own roles
  • Interview and submit candidates
  • Work closely with internal teams: resourcing, sales, marketing
Requirements

We are looking for a determined and ambitious individual who has worked their way up from a recruiter to team leader level. You should be passionate about recruitment and have a strong desire to progress to senior management.

You will be a down-to-earth team player who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and is able to work under pressure. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is looking for a new challenge, then we would love to hear from you.
