About the Role

XPS Pensions Group is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pension administration and consultancy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the provision of excellent pension administration and consultancy services to clients
  • Participate in strategic business initiatives and contribute to the development of new business opportunities
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees and corporate clients
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to pensions queries
  • Train and support other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of admin billing and ensure timely and accurate processing

About You

We are looking for a Deputy Administration Manager with significant pensions administration experience who is looking for a new challenge. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Significant experience dealing with defined benefit (DB) schemes within the pensions industryExpert knowledge of pension administration activities and legislationPrevious supervisory, leadership, and management experienceProject management experienceKnowledge and experience of Microsoft Office products, such as Excel and WordStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCompleted or progressing towards a relevant pension qualification (or equivalent experience)
