At Haas F1 Team, we are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Design Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-voltage circuit designs for our Formula 1 cars.

About the Role

This role reports directly to the Head of Electronics and involves designing harnesses, units, and other assemblies for the on and off-car electronics system. You will be working closely with mechanical design to ensure all installations meet performance and reliability requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-voltage circuits for on and off-car electronics systems.
  • Collaborate with mechanical design to ensure seamless integration of electronic components.
  • Continuously monitor and improve installation processes and procedures.
  • Develop installation manuals and associated documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in electronics design, preferably in motorsports or automotive.
  • Strong technical background in CAD design packages (e.g. Catia/3DX) and PCB design tools.
  • An analytical approach and pro-active attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
