About Teach Now, we're seeking a dedicated and creative Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our welcoming primary school in Edmonton. This part-time, ongoing position commences in January 2025. As an experienced or newly qualified teacher, you'll have the opportunity to develop professionally while making a real difference in the lives of young learners.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Has experience teaching Key Stage 2 or a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Fostering a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment to support pupils' learning and development.
  • Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to meet each child's individual needs.

You'll also participate in school-wide initiatives, including clubs and extracurricular activities, to enhance the educational experience.
