Control and Instrumentation Expertise Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Control and Instrumentation Expertise Leader to join our team at EC&I Partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex projects and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in control and instrumentation (C&I) engineering, with extensive experience in project management, maintenance practices, and process plant operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to colleagues, as well as contributing to the development of new technologies and processes.
You will also be expected to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, issues, and lessons learned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
- Degree in Control and Instrumentation or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in C&I engineering, project management, and maintenance practices
- Strong knowledge of process plant operations, functional safety, and cybersecurity principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Competitive salary: £60,000 - £85,000 per annum
