Job Title: Facilities Engineer

McLaren Automotive is seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities engineering team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our facilities engineering systems across the McLaren property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of subcontracts associated with Building Services support (M&E, BMS, Fire, Lifts and others as and when applicable).
  • Identify plant and system obsolescence, and associated system improvements. Assist with preparation of costed proposals for inclusion in capital budgets.
  • Engineer and manage small to medium project works to enhance operational and/or system efficiency, availability and capability. Liaise closely with the Capital Projects team to ensure significant Capex projects are integrated and handed over smoothly into existing engineering systems.
  • Identify, scope and implement energy reduction schemes across the building services systems.
  • Ensure O&M and other engineering services documentation is maintained and up to date.
