Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse - Acute Mental Health to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a Charge Nurse in one of our acute mental health hospitals, you will lead by example and be a role model for the nursing team. Your primary responsibility will be to support junior staff in their professional development through excellent clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching, and sharing knowledge and practice.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the nursing team with confidence and expertise
* Mentor and develop junior staff members
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes

Requirements
* Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN registration
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire junior staff members
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
